丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死疗效研究

Research on Curative Effect of Butyphthalide in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法对该科2013年1月—2016年1月收治的318例急性脑梗死患者进行观察,随机分为2组各159例,对照组给予依拉达奉治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为85.5%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前NIHSS和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后较治疗前NIHSS评分均显著降低,ADL评分显著增高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组NIHSS评分(7.99±1.65)分和ADL评分(67.19±10.33)分,对照组NIHSS评分(12.54±4.21)分和ADL评分(51.47±7.31)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死可有效改善患者临床症状,促进神经功能恢复,值得在临床应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of butyphthalide in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 318 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our department from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 159 cases in each, the control group were treated with yidalaphon, while the observation group were treated with butyphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group （94.4% vs 85.5%）（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups before treatment had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, after treatment, the NIHSS score obviously decreased but the ADL score obviously increased, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.05, after treatment, the differences in the NIHSS score and ADL score between the observationgroup and the control group had statistical significance [（7.99±1.65）points, （67.19±10.33）points vs （12.54±4.21）points, （51.47± 7.31）points] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Butyphthalide in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of nerve function, which is worth clinical application.
