卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的B超诊断体会

B-ultrasonic Diagnosis Experience of Torsion of the Pedicle of Ovarian Cyst

目的通过对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转B超诊断特征进行探究,以期为广大同行今后在该疾病诊断中提供一定帮助以及提高其准确率。方法采取随机选择法,选择该院2015年3月—2016年3月这一时间内该院所收治经手术确诊为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者30例作为研究对象,之后对其诸如B超诊断结果等临床资料开展回顾性分析,从而对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转B超诊断特征进行探究。结果通过该次对30例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者回顾性研究发现:1所有患者经B超检查均显示腹部或盆腔有肿块,直径从4.2~10.7 cm,平均为(6.21±3.76)cm。其中B超检查显示肿块位于子宫左右侧分别为7例(23.33%)和9例(30.00%),而腹部正中线则为14例(46.67%);2在手术确诊前B超诊断结果提示为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者为26例,即B超诊断准确率为86.67%。结论通过该次对30例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者回顾性分析可知,B超应用于卵巢囊肿蒂扭转临床诊断中不但较为简便、迅速,并且具有较高的诊断准确率,因而在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转临床诊断应将B超作为首选方法。

Objective To study the b-ultrasonic diagnosis features of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cyst in order to provide a certain help for the disease diagnosis and improve the accurate rate. Methods 30 cases of patients with pedicle of ovarian cyst confirmed by the operation admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and the clinical data of b-ultrasonic diagnosis results were retrospectively analyzed, and then the b-ultrasonic diagnosis features of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cyst were studied. Results The research showed that the b-ultrasonic diagnosis showed that there were lumps in abdomen or pelvic cavity, and the diameter ranged from 4.2- 10.7 cm, and the average diameter was （6.21±3.76）,cm, and the lump in the left and right uteruses were respectively in 7 eases （23.33%） and 9 cases（30.00%）, but the median line of abdomen was in 14 cases （46.67%）; before the diagnosis of operation, the results reminded that there were 26 cases of patients with pedicle of ovarian cyst, and the bultrasonic diagnosis accurate rate was b-uhrasonic. Conclusion The retrospective analysis shows that the application of b-ultrasound in the clinical diagnosis of torsion of the pedicle of ovarian cyst is simple and rapid with higher diagnosis accurate rate, therefore, it can be used as the primary method in in diagnosis of the pedicle of ovarian cyst.
