镍钛根管预备和热牙胶根管充填方法用于下颌第二磨牙C形根管的疗效分析 被引量:6

Analysis of Curative Effect of Niti Endodontic Instrument and Condensation Technique with Thermoplasticized Gutta-percha in the C-shaped Canal System in Mandibular Second Molars

摘要 目的探究镍钛根管预备和热牙胶根管充填方法用于下颌第二磨牙C形根管的临床疗效。方法选取于2012年1月—2015年1月该院收治的患牙髓炎、根尖周炎的C形根管的下颌第二磨牙共100颗,按照治疗方法的不同分成实验组和对照组各50颗,实验组50颗患牙采用镍钛根管预备、热牙胶根管充填,对照组50颗患牙则采用常规冷侧压根管充填。定期随访患者术后远期效果,比较两组的根充质量、疼痛程度及副根管充填率。结果实验组恰填46颗,超填3颗,欠填1颗,对照组恰填41颗,超填9颗,欠填0颗,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组与对照组的疼痛情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组副根管充填率16%明显高于对照组2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用镍钛根管预备和热牙胶根管充填方法治疗下颌第二磨牙C形根管效果显著,不仅可以达到根管长度恰填而且还能提高副根管充填率。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of niti endodontic instrument and condensation technique with thermoplasticized gutta-percha in the C-shaped canal system in mandibular second molars. Methods 100 cshaped canals in mandibular second molars with oulonitis and periapical inflammation admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method with 50 teeth in each, the experimental group adopted the niti endodontic instrument and Condensation Technique with Thermoplasticized Gutta-percha, while the control group adopted the routine cold lateral compaction root canal therapy technique, and the long-term effect after operation of patients was regularly followed up, and the root filling quality, pain degree and accessory canal filling rate were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, correct fill-in was in 46 teeth, extra-fill was in 3 teeth and short fill-in was in 1 tooth, and in the control group, correct fill-in was in 41 teeth, extra-fill was in 9 teeth and short fill-in was in 0 tooth, and the differences between the two groups had no statistical significance(P〉0.05), and the difference in the pains between the two groups had no statis- tical significance(P〉0.05), and the accessory canal filling rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group(16% vs 2%), and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of niti endodontic instrument and Condensation Technique with Thermoplasticized Gutta-percha in the C-shaped Canal System in Mandibular Second Molars is obvious, which can not only realize the correct fill-in of sono-explorer but also improve the accessory canal filling rate.
