安中舒胃汤联合亚硒酸钠治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical Research on Anweishu Decoction and Sodium Selenite in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的研究安中舒胃汤联合亚硒酸钠治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选择2015年12月—2016年8月在该院接受治疗的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者120例。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组给予安中舒胃汤联合亚硒酸钠治疗;对照组给予摩罗丹治疗。观察两组治疗前后的症状。结果观察组治疗萎缩、肠化生、异型增生的总有效率分别是80.00%,81.25%,66.67%。观察组治疗后的幽门螺杆菌阴转率低于对照组,两组的螺杆菌阴转率分别是83.33%、89.36%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上安中舒胃汤联合亚硒酸钠治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎能明显改善胃黏膜的病理变化,且具有显著的疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To research the clinical curative effect of anweishu decoction and sodium selenite in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the observation group were treated with anweishu decoction and sodium selenite, while the control group were treated with molu- odan, and the symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in the observation group was respectively 80.00% ,81.25% and 66.67%, after treatment, the helicobacter pylori negative conversion rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the helieobacter negative conversion rate was respectively 83.33% and 89.36% in the observation group and the control group, and the differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anweishu decoction and Sodium selenite in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can obviously improve the pathological changes of gastric mucosa with obvious curative effect, which is worth promotion and application.
