补肾扶正汤治疗免疫性不孕不育疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Bushen Fuzheng Decoction in Treatment of Immune Infertility

目的利用临床病例对免疫性不孕不育患者在采用补肾扶正汤治疗后的疗效进行观察和探究。方法选取该院2014年6月—2016年6月期间收治的84例免疫性不孕不育患者为研究对象,均匀分成两组,各42例。其中实验组采用补肾扶正汤进行治疗,而对照组采用常规西医治疗,随后观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果该次研究结果显示,实验组患者治疗总有效率为80.9%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率64.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且实验组患者治疗后几项内分泌指标E2、T、LH、FSH、PRL分别为:(55.47±21.92)pg/mL、(0.75±0.17)μg/mL、(5.24±2.86)IU/L、(6.26±2.65)IU/L、(21.98±6.85)μg/mL,均明显优于实验组治疗前数据,且均明显优于对照组治疗后数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗免疫性不孕不育患者时,采用补肾扶正汤治疗可有效提高治疗效率、安全性,能达到显著的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To observe and study the curative effect of bushen fuzheng decoction in treatment of immune infertility. Methods 84 cases of patients with immune infertility treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the experimental group were treated with bushen fuzheng decoction, while the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The research results showed that the total effective rate in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group（80.9% vs 64.3%）, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）, after treatment, various endocrine indexes such as E2,T,LH,FSH,PRL in the experimental group were respectively （ 55.47±21.92） pg/mL, （0.75 ±0.17 ） μg/mL, （5.24±2.86） IU/L, （ 6.26±2.65 ） IU/L, （21.98 ±6.85 ） μg/mL, which were obviously better than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were obvious （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bushen fuzheng, decoction in treatment of immune infertility can improve the treatment effect and safety and can obtain an obvious clinical effect, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
