多元化的护理对肺结核患者依从性及满意度的影响

Effect of Diversified Nursing on the Compliance and Satisfactory Degree of Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的分析多元化的护理对肺结核患者依从性及满意度的影响。方法选取该院2014年5月—2016年5月收治的60例肺结核患者作为研究对象,在其知情同意下随机分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(多元化护理)各30例,比较两组临床护理效果。结果观察组依从率90.0%、满意度93.3%,同期对照组依从率70.0%、满意度80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组CD3+(64.77±1.45)%、CD4+(36.90±1.30)%、CD8+(25.49±1.15)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.45±0.30),对照组CD3+(56.38±1.32)%、CD4+(33.45±1.24)%、CD8+(27.33±1.12)%、CD4+/CD8+(1.22±0.28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理可显著提高肺结核患者依从性及满意度,改善其生活质量并提高机体免疫功能,可作为临床优选方案推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of diversified nursing on the compliance and satisfactory degree of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 60 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each with the informed consent of them, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the diversified nursing, and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the com- pliance rate and satisfactory degree between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance, （90.0%, 93.3% vs 70.0%, 80.0%）（P〈0.05）, after nursing, the differences in the CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance[（64.77±1.45）%, （36.90±1.30）%, （25.49± 1.15）% vs （56.38±1.32）%, （33.45±1.24）%, （27.33±1.12）%, （1.22±0.28）]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The diversified nursing can obviously improve the compliance and satisfactory degree of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and improve the quality of life and organ immune function, which can be used as the primary plan for promotion and application.
