摘要
目的研究实验性精索静脉曲张对大鼠前列腺氧化应激的影响。方法将2016年5—8月构建成功的30只实验性精索静脉曲张Wistar大鼠作为观察组,另选同期购买的30只Wistar大鼠作为对照组.比较两组大鼠前列腺氧化应激指标差异。结果观察组实验4周时SOD(33.50±1.24)U/mg、GPx(8.22±1.10)U/mg、MDA(2.08±0.85)nmol/mg,对照组SOD(33.48±1.30)U/mg、CPx(8.20±1.08)U/mg、MDA(2.10±0.84)nmol/mg,组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),实验8、16周各指标相比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组大鼠精子质量相比较。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论实验性精索静脉曲张可导致大鼠前列腺氧化应激指标数值发生显著异常,影响前列腺功能正常运转并降低精子质量,或为男性不育的重要诱因。
Objective To research the effect of experimental spermophlebectasia on the prostate oxidative stress of rats. Methods 30 Wistar rats with experimental spermophlebectasia successfully constructed from May to August 2016 were selected as the observation group, while 30 Wistar rats purchased at the same period were selected as the control group, and the difference in the index of prostate oxidative stress of rats was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the SOD and GPx and MDA at four-week after test between the observation group and the control group had no statistical significance, [(33.50±1.24)U/mg, (8.22±1.10)U/mg, (2.08±0.85)nmol/mg vs (33.48±1.30)U/mg, (8.20±1.08)U/mg, (2.10±0.84)nmol/mg](P〉0.05), and the differences in various indexes at 8-week and 16-week after test had statistical significance(P〈0.05), and the difference in the sperm quality between the two groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The experimental spermophlebectasia can lead to the obvious abnormalities of prostate oxidative stress values of rats, affecting the normal operation of prostate function and reducing the sperm quali- ty, and it may be an important cause of male infertility.
