输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床比较 被引量:3

Clinical Comparison of Holmium Laser Ureterolithotripsy and Extracorporeal Impulse Lithotripsy in Treatment of Ureteral Calculus

摘要 目的观察比较输尿管镜钬激光碎石术与体外冲击波碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者的临床疗效。方法该次所有研究资料均选择该院接收治疗的输尿管结石患者,选择治疗时间为2013年7月—2016年7月,共选择90例患者,并采用随机数字表法对90例患者进行分组,每组45例,其中采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的患者为钬激光组,采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗的患者为冲击波组,对两组患者的手术时间、结石排净率及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果钬激光组患者平均手术时间(36.53±8.25)min显著低于冲击波组(54.72±10.25)min,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钬激光组患者结石排净率为93.33%,显著高于冲击波组患者结石排净率71.11%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钬激光组患者并发症发生率为11.11%,冲击波组患者并发症发生率为37.78%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗效果显著由于体外冲击波碎石术,具有结石排净率高和并发症发生率低等优势,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of holmium laser ureterolithotripsy and extracorporeal im- pulse lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods 90 cases of patients with ureteral calculus treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected and randomly selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each, the holmium laser group were treated with holmium laser ureterolithotripsy, while the impact wave group were treated with extracorporeal impulse lithotripsy, and the operation time, stone-free rate and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups, Results The average operation time and incidence rate of complications in the holmium laser group were lower than those in the impact wave group[(36.53±8.25)min, 11.11% vs (54.72±10.25)rain, 37.78%],and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance, and the stone-free rate in the holmium laser group was obviously higher than that in the impulse wave group(93.33% vs 71.11%), and the difference had statis- tical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of holmium laser ureterolithotripsy in treatment of uretcral calculus is obviously higher than that of extracorporeal impulse lithotripsy with high stone-free rate and low incidence rate of complications, which is worth promotion and application in clinic.
