基于液压工艺的管母线锥形连接方法

摘要 通过分析传统管母线连接技术的不足,提出一种基于液压工艺的管母线锥形连接方法。首先分析管母线锥形连接装置的机械结构;然后从连接工艺上解决连接端的关键技术,实现紧密套接;最后应用该方法研制了12kV全屏蔽绝缘铜管母线产品。测试结果表明:产品绝缘电阻、耐受电压、雷电冲击电压、峰值耐受电流、温升等检验指标均符合要求;在1.2Um/3^(1/2)kV电压下,产品的局部放电水平为7pC。 With the analysis of shortage on the traditional pipe busbar connection technology, the paper put forward the pipe busbar tapered connection method based on the hydraulic technology. Firstly it introduced the mechanical structure of tube generatrix taper connecting device. Secondly it solved the key technology of connection process to close-connection. Finally it developped 12 kV whole shielded copper pipe busbar, which passed the test of the electric power research institute of China power industry electrical equipment quality inspection center. The results show that all of the test indexes such as insulation resistance, withstand voltage test, lightning impulse voltage, current, temperature rise meet the requirements. Under the 1.2Um / 3 kV, the product of partial discharge level for 7 pC, which is far less than the national standard, with the perfect connection performance.
