摘要
针对数控机床可靠性,建立了数控机床液压系统的广义随机Petri网(Generalized Stochastic Petri Net,GSPN)模型,采用广义随机Petri网分析了数控机床液压系统故障变化的动态过程,并以延时变迁表达数控机床零部件的故障与维修过程,弥补了传统可靠性建模方法无法描述系统动态变化过程的不足。
In view of the reliability of NC machine,this paper establishes a generalized stochastic Petri net( GSPN) model for NC machine's hydraulic system,which uses the generalized stochastic Petri net to analyze the dynamic process of change of faults in NC machine's hydraulic system,and expresses faults and maintenance of NC machine's components by delay change,making up for the deficiency that traditional reliability modeling method cannot describe the dynamic change process of the system.
