基于工程伦理学谈卓越工程师培养

Cultivation of Outstanding Engineers Based on Engineering Ethics

随着卓越工程师教育培养计划的推进,各专业卓越工程师培养方案日趋成熟,然而也存在着一些问题。分析卓越工程师培养方案中的成绩和问题,阐述工程伦理学在国内外的发展现状,提出了在卓越工程师培养过程中,通过多途径渗透工程伦理学的重要性和必要性,强调在卓越工程师培养计划中要注重实现,从专业知识、技能的卓越,到意识形态上工程伦理的完整,从而实现未来工程师完整素质的培养,是对卓越工程师培养计划的重要补充。

With the advancement of the outstanding engineers education training plan,the educational programs for outstanding engineers are becoming more and more mature. In this paper,the main problems in the training of outstanding engineers are analyzed,the present situation of engineering ethics at home and abroad is expounded and the importance and necessity of effective penetration of engineering ethics in the process of training outstanding engineers are focused on. It is pointed out that in the training plan of outstanding engineers,we should pay attention to the realization of the integrity of the professional knowledge and skills,and the integrity of the engineering ethics in ideology,so as to realize the cultivation of the engineers with whole qualities in the future,which is an important complement to the training program for outstanding engineers.
