超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的疗效分析

Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract

目的探讨超声联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月我院眼科收治的老年白内障患者83例作为研究对象。所有患者均接受超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察83例白内障患者治疗效果及治疗前后视力改善以及并发症发生情况。结果 83例患者均成功接受超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,围手术期未发生后囊膜破裂、玻璃体脱出、角膜失代偿、视网膜脱落等严重并发症,术后轻度炎症2例,轻度角膜水肿1例,经对症治疗后痊愈;患者治疗后矫正视力、前房深度、房角开放程度均较治疗前明显改善,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论采用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年白内障疗效显著,改善患者视力情况,并且手术安全性较高,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objetive To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract. Methods from June 2015 to June 2016, 83 cases of senile cataract patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, All patients underwent phacoemulsifieation and intraocular lens implantation for cataract patients. Visual acuity improvement and complications were observed. Results All the 83 patients successfully underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation. There are no serious complications. 1 cases of mild corneal edema were cured after symptomatic treatment. The patients visual acuity, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, angle opening degree were significantly improved than before treatment （P〈 0.05）, Conclusion phacoemulsifieation combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract has obvious curative effect.
