对丝光棉定性鉴别及结果出具的探讨

目前生产企业要求检测报告出具丝光棉的需求增多,但是相关定性鉴别标准相对不完善。通过分析国内多家检验机构对丝光棉鉴别的方法,组织实验室对不同丝光效果的丝光棉样品进行目光比对试验,并结合丝光钡值分析,得出:实验室之间对丝光棉的检测处理方法不尽一致,且依据目光判定丝光效果的尺度也存在一定差异。提出了对丝光棉定性鉴别及结果出具的可行建议,对实际检验工作具有较好的参考意义。

At present, the demand of production enterprises for testing reports issued of mercerized cotton is increasing, but the relative qualitative identification standards are not perfect relatively. Through the analysis of identification method of mercerized cotton in domestic inspection organizations, the eye contrast test of mercerized cotton samples with different mercerizing effects was carried out in the laboratory. Combined with the analysis of mercerized barium value, it was concluded that the detection method of mercer- ized cotton among the laboratory was not consistent, and there were some differences according to the eye to judge the effect. Feasible suggestions for qualitative identification and results issued of mercerized cotton were put forward. It had great reference significance to the actual inspection work.
