摘要
综述了PVC热稳定剂(铅盐类热稳定剂、复合金属盐类热稳定剂、有机锡类热稳定剂、稀土类热稳定剂、有机类热稳定剂)的现状,并对其发展方向、发展趋势进行了展望。我国PVC热稳定剂的研究发展方向为无毒、环保、高效、多功能、性价比优良等,包括:(1)锌基复合热稳定剂的多元化和高效化;(2)低VOC有机锡类热稳定剂的系列化和复合化;(3)有机基热稳定剂的研发;(4)热稳定剂的复配技术和应用技术的快速发展。
The status of PVC heat stabilizers (lead salt heat stabilizers, composite metal salts heat sta- bilizers, organotin heat stabilizers, rare earth heat stabilizers and organic heat stabilizers) was reviewed. Their development direction and development trend were prospected. The research and development of PVC heat stabilizers in China directed towards non-toxic, environmental friendly, high efficiency, multi- function products with high cost performance, including the foUowing: (1) diversification and high efficiency of zinc based composite heat stabilizer; (2) serialization and compounding of low VOC organo- tin heat stabilizers; (3) research and development of organic base heat stabilizers; (4) rapid development of combination technology and applied technology of heat stabilizer.
