介绍了干法乙炔生产过程中电石粉尘的产生途径以及回收利用的措施。通过除尘器改造、皮带改装,电石储存、破碎产生的粉尘利用率达98.5%,每月节省费用约270万元。
The formation ways of calcium carbide dust in dry acetylene production and measures to recycle it were introduced. Through the transformation of dust catcher and belt, the utilization rate of dust produced in storage and crushing of calcium carbide was up to 98.5% , and the cost was saved by about 2.7 million yuan per month.
