《种子加工与贮藏技术》是种子科学与工程专业主要课程之一。该文根据应用型专业技术人才的培养目标,主要从教学内容、教学方法和手段、实践教学及课程考核方式等方面探讨了种子加工与贮藏技术课程改革的实践情况,通过教学模式的改革,为种子科学与工程专业培养应用型专业技术人才提供参考。

＂Seed processing and storage technology ＂is one of the major courses in seed science ano englneenng.~c- cording to the cultivation goal of applied professional talents, this paper has reformed the teaching model of seed pro- cessing and storage technology.The main contents are as follows： teaching contents, teaching method and means, practice teaching and course assessment methods.Through the reform of teaching model, it can provide reference for cultivating of applied professional talents in seed science and engineering specialty.
