目的结合军队编制体制和国家科技体制深改,探讨新形势下我军师级医院科研管理工作要点。方法通过文献研究法,以及在结合实践基础上探讨新形势下师级医院科研管理工作。结果梳理出5个方面内容并进行探讨,强调更新科研管理组织体系、培养和引进科研管理人员,加强对科技人员的思想引导、强化医学科技创新手段、完善相关制度对医学科技创新工作的重要性。结论军队师级医院科研管理工作要时刻关注国家、军队科研管理政策导向和变化,迅速实现本单位政策的转换和调整。

Objective To explore new ways of scientific research management of military division-level hospitals combined with deep reforms of military system and the national science and technology system under new situation. Methods The scientific and technological innovation work in military division-level hospitals were explored under new situation through theoretical research method combining with practice. Results Five aspects were researched and dis- cussed： emphasized the renewal of scientific research management organization systems, strengthened the ideological guid- ance of scientific and technological personnel, increased the medical science and technology innovation means, enhanced the quality of scientific research management personnel, improved the medical science and technology innovation work related system. Conclusion The scientific research management in military division-level hospitals must pay more attention to the orientation and changes of national and military research policy,as well as switch the policy of the units quickly.
