摘要 目的探索基于云平台的医疗质量精细化管理方式,以精准高效的数据管理方式实现医疗质量的标准化、规范化管控,提高质量管理效率。方法通过文献分析法总结我国医疗质量管理现状与存在问题,及云平台在医疗领域中应用现状、发展趋势与建设需求。结果针对我国医疗质量管理存在的问题,构建基于云平台的患者主索引系统、临床决策支持数据中心、医疗质量闭环管理系统与网络健康管理服务系统等。结论基于云平台的医疗质量管理方式能够优化流程、提高效率、降低成本,提升服务质量及效果,提高临床决策的客观性、科学性、准确性,从而能够实现医疗质量精细化管理。 Objective To explore the meticulous management mode of medical quality based on cloud platform, standardize the management of medical quality with accurate and efficient data management, and improve the quality management efficiency. Methods The status and problems of medical quality management in China were summarized by literature analysis, and the application status, development trend and construction demand of cloud platform in medical field were researched. Results Based on the problems of medical quality management in China, the enterprise master patient in- dex system based on cloud platform, clinical decision support data center, medical quality closed-loop management system and network health management service system were constructed. Conclusion The medical quality management based on the cloud platform can optimize process, improve the efficiency, reduce the cost, promote service quality, and make the clinical decision objectively, scientifically and accurately, which can achieve meticulous medical quality management.
