摘要
针对化工行业生产装置设备及管线分布复杂、工序连续性强等特点,提出了基于信息物理系统(CPS)的智能工厂体系结构,结合智能工厂建设现状,对化工智能工厂的建设模式和关键技术进行了探讨。
In the chemical industry,production facilities, equipment and pipelines are often complicatedly distributed; the chemical processes are often of strong continuity. Considering such characteristics,this essay proposes a concept of "smart chemical factory" which is based on Cyber Physical Systems (CPS). By referring to the current situation of "smart factory", the essay discusses the construction model and crucial technologies for smart chemical factory.
