煤的成分对Shell煤气化工艺操作的影响分析

河南龙宇煤化工有限公司的气化装置使用的是先进的粉煤加压Shell气化炉,其采用以煤粉为原料、液态形式排渣、气流床加压气化的工艺技术。虽然Shell气化炉对煤种适应性较广,对高灰分与高灰熔点(<1 500℃)的煤种都能很好地气化,但长期运行实践表明,煤种的变化对Shell气化炉的稳定、经济运行存在不同程度的制约,特别是煤的灰分含量、灰熔融性、灰渣黏温特性、水分、灰分、元素含量、发热量等,其指标的高低对Shell气化炉的运行影响较大,只有通过配煤,找出适合气化炉的煤种,才能保证长周期、稳定运行。

Gasification equipment used by Henan LongYu Coal and Chemical Co. lad is Shell＇s advanced pressurized pu!,erized-coal gasifier. Shell＇s gasifier uses pulverized coal as raw material,slagging by liquid form, and adopts entrained flow bed for pressure gasification. Ahhough Shell＇s gasifier can be widely used in gasification of different types of coal, presenting excellent gasification of coals with high ash content and high ash fusion point （〈1500℃）,long-term practice reveals that the change of coal type （especially the change of coal＇s ash content, ash fusibility,water and ash content,calorific value and so on, which have great impact on stable operation of Shell gasifier） limits 1he stability ol Only by finding suitable coal type for the gasifier can the gasifier operate slably and sustainably.
