刮板输送机用减速器输出花键结构的改进设计

摘要 由于煤矿的工作环境恶劣,刮板输送机用减速器低速重载运转且频繁启停,导致输出花键成为减速器的易损件之一。该类减速器通常采用行星架与花键输出轴的一体式输出结构,一旦花键发生损伤,必须开箱才能更换,维修难度大。通过结构改进,增加内外花键套,采用分体式花键输出结构,提高产品性能,降低维护成本。 As the working environment of coal mine is very poor, the reducer used in scraper conveyor runs at low speed and heavy load,frequently starts and stops,which makes the output spline become one of wearing parts. The reducer usually adopts the integral output structure of the planetary frame and the spline shaft, once the spline is damaged,it must be out of the box to replace it,the maintenance is very difficult. Through the improvement of structure, the inner and outer spline sleeves are added, and the split spline output structure is adopted to improve the product performance and reduce the maintenance cost.
