摘要 针对车削薄壁型零件,用三爪卡盘夹持时容易产生变形,造成尺寸、圆度、圆柱度等精度的超差问题,在三爪卡盘的基础上,对其进行了适当的改造,形成新的卡盘式夹具,使用Pro/E软件对三维模型进行零件设计、装配设计,提高了产品设计效率、缩短了周期、节约了成本,研制的新卡盘式夹具在实际使用中极大提高了产品的精度。 Aimed at turning thin-wailed parts, with three jaw chuck blessing when prone to deformation, causing the precision of size, roundness and cylindricity error problem, on the basis of the three jaw chuck, on the proper transformation, form new clamp fixture, the use of Pro/E software for 3D model for parts design, assembly design, improve product design efficiency, shorten the cycle, saving the cost and developed the new clamp fixture in be used actually greatly improve the accuracy of the product.
