摘要
针对21007工作面S型煤流系统传统设备布置方式导致生产过程中大煤量运输时易造成刮板输送机满负荷运行、大煤量情况下刮板输送机易压死、并且刮板链条磨损较快、链条紧固比较困难,检修难度大,运输环节出现卡脖子现象,严重制约了采煤产量的提升等问题,提高煤流系统运输能力进行了分析研究并提出了解决办法,对原有煤流运输设备进行了替换改造,将原有刮板输送机在S弯处选择更换为布置DTL120/55电滚筒带式输送机,并对带式输送机尾架、缓冲架进行改造,调整电滚筒机尾输送带起伏角度。
In view of the 21007 working face S coal flow system traditional equipment layout mode causes the large amount of coal transportation in the production process easy to cause the scraper conveyor full load operation, scraper conveyor is easy to crush under the condition of large coal, and scraper chain wear faster, chain fastening more phenomenon, seriously restricted the upgrading difficult, maintenance difficulty, transport link "neck" of coal production and other issues, this paper analyzes and studies how to improve the transportation capacity of coal flow system, and puts forward some solutions, the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed solutions are analyzed. The replacement of original coal transportation equipment, the original DTL120/55 layout of the power roller conveyor in S, adjust the angle of the drum tail belt. choice of scraper conveyor replacement for the and the belt tail frame, buffer frame transformation.
