摘要
针对变频器采用Modbus通讯协议通讯数据量小、组态编程复杂的问题,设计了基于Profibus-DP总线的变频器通讯控制系统。系统以S7-300为主站,3个ASC800变频器作为从站,在STEP 7下对PLC进行硬件组态和编程,并设计了基于Win CC的上位机监控软件,可为实际应用提供参考。
To solve the problem of small amount of communication date and complex configuration caused by the adoption of Modbus communication protocol, a frequency-converter communication control system was designed based on profibus-DP. In this system, SIMENSE $7-300 and 3 frequency- converters were adopted as the master station and slave stations to complete hardware configuration and PLC programming in STEP 7. The monitoring software was developed by WinCC. The proposed system could provide a reference for practical application with great stability and high reliability.
