摘要
飞行器上的自动激活锌银贮备电池,激活使用时,总有少量的电解液泄漏,如果不采取绝缘防护措施,将导致电池漏电,严重影响电池性能。通过分析锌银贮备电池可能的漏电模式,提出采取涂覆绝缘胶进行防护的措施。为了达到较好的绝缘效果,选择流动性、固化时间和固化后硬度具有明显差异的硅橡胶、环氧胶和牙托胶3种绝缘涂覆材料,进行了绝缘密封防护对比试验。试验中进行了48 h绝缘性能监测,每小时记录一次数据。试验结果表明:在所有部位都可采用绝缘密封防漏电的措施,差别在于在大多数部位采用硅橡胶进行绝缘保护效果明显,个别部位采用环氧胶效果较好,所有部位采用牙托胶涂覆的绝缘均不好。
Electrolyte leakage happens when the auto activation Zn-Ag battery is activated in the aircraft. It will influence the capability of the battery if without insulation protection. According to creepage mode analysis of the Zn-Ag battery, a measure of coating insulating glue is put forward.In order to get better effects, silicone rubber(SR), epoxy adhesive and tooth-protect glue are selected and protective contrast experiments are carried out. Their fluidity, solidified time and solidified rigidity are obviously different. Insulating resistance test is carried out, and the data are recorded once an hour in 48 hours. The results show that the insulating protection measures are valid in all parts. The differences are that the insulating protective effect of silicone rubber is obviously in most parts, and that of epoxy adhesive is effective in individual parts, but that of tooth-protect glue is bad for any part.
