摘要
空载损耗是EI变压器的关键质量指标之一。本文分析了电工钢材料对EI变压器空载损耗的影响,指出了电工钢材料的铁损值是影响EI变压器空载损耗的主要因素。并通过利用不同牌号的电工钢材料进行仿真分析和客户实际应用对比,确认了EI变压器铁芯材料的合理选型。
No-load loss is one of the key quality indicators for EI transformers. In this paper, effects of silicon steel material on the no-load loss of EI transformer are analyzed. The results show that the iron loss of silicon steel material is the main factor to the no-load loss of EI transformer. Simulate and analyze electrical steel base on different grades. The suitable selection of the EI transformer core material is supported by comparing the simulated data and customer applications.
