摘要 本文分析了高压电缆金属套接地电流偏大的主要原因,提出在交叉互联或直接接地串接抑制器可有效限流,也能保证系统正常运行。结合实际线路,建立混合敷设方式下多回路电缆电路模型,通过仿真为抑制器设计提供理论依据。结合科尧铝五线设计抑制器参数和现场改造接地箱。抑制器经第三方短路电流冲击验证试验,设计产品在两条110 kV线路试用,测试结果表明增加抑制器可有效限制护层环流在运行电流2%以下。 In this paper, the main reasons for HV power cable sheath grounding current is too high are discussed. A suppressor is proposed for effectively limiting the sheath current and assuring normal system operation. A circuit model of multi-loop power cable with multi laying methods is constructed according to real cable line. The simulation results will provide theory basis for suppressor design. Parameters of the suppressor are given for cable Keyao and earth box is re-fromed at the site. The suppressor is tested through the short-circuit current rush by third-party organization. The products are utilized in 2110 kV HV power cables. The test results show that the application of suppressors can reduce sheath circulating current effectively and make it below 2% of load current.
