硫辛酸分子印迹聚合物的制备及其分子识别性能研究

摘要 α-硫辛酸(ALA)是一种新型的抗氧化剂,具有极高的医用价值,在抗衰老方面应用广泛。本文以ALA为模板分子,壳聚糖为功能单体,制备ALA印迹聚合物(MIP)。通过紫外分光光度法分析ALA印迹聚合物分子识别特性,并考察了温度对MIP的刺激响应性能影响。实验结果表明,所制备的MIP对目标分子具有较好的特定识别选择性。 Alpha- lipoic acid (ALA), a new type of antioxidants with high medicinal value, is widely used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy. In the thesis, ALA molecule imprinted polymer(MIP) was prepared by taking ALA as template molecule, and chitosan as the functional monomer. The recognition characteristics between MIP and ALA was analyzed, And the stimulus response performance of the temperature~ impact on MIP was investigated by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Experimental results showed that the preparation of MIP has a good specific recognition for the target molecule ALA.
