正交设计优化艾纳香总皂苷超声提取工艺研究

摘要 以水饱和正丁醇为溶剂,人参皂苷Rg_1为对照,采用香草醛显色-分光光度法对艾纳香中总皂苷提取影响因素进行研究,并采用L_9(3~4)正交试验优选艾纳香总皂苷提取工艺。结果表明,在影响艾纳香皂苷得率的四个因素中,提取温度(D)>料液比(C)>提取时间(A)>提取次数(B),其中提取次数对总皂苷提取率影响不显著。最佳提取工艺参数为:提取3次,每次加30倍量溶剂,在60℃下超声30min。以此工艺提取,艾纳香总皂苷的提取率可达到11.14%。 Water saturated butanol was used as extracting solvent, the content of total saponins was determined by the method of vanillin - ultravioet spectrophotometry. Taking extraction duration ( A), extraction times ( B ), solid - liquid ration ( C), extraction '" temperature(D) as effect factors,on the basis of single factors,the extraction of total Saponins from Blumea balsamifera was optimized through L9(34) 0rthogonal test. The result showed that factors effects were as following: D 〉 C 〉 A 〉 B. The optimal extraction were 60℃, 1:30 solid - liquid ratio,30min extracted for 3 times. With the optimal conditions, the Saponins extraction rate of 11.14% could be achieved.
