摘要
本课题考察了葡萄糖作为制绒添加剂对单晶硅太阳能电池制绒的影响,试验结果表明,当使用1.3%NaOH和6%乙醇的水溶液作为制绒液时,葡萄糖浓度为(0~400)ppm时,随着葡萄糖浓度的不断增加,单晶硅片表面金字塔结构尺寸和平均反射率不断减小,结构越来越规则;当葡萄糖浓度为400ppm时,得到的单晶硅片金字塔形状完整,尺寸大小为(2~4)μm,平均反射率为11.29%,制绒效果较为理想。
The effect of glucose on texturization of monocrystalline saicen solar cell was investigated in this paper. The results showed that with the aqueous solution of 1.3% NaOH and 6% ethanol as texturing solution of monocrystalline silicon solar cell, the pyramid sizes and the surface reflectivities were reduced with the increase of the concentration of the glucose in the range of ( 0 -400)ppm and the structure of the pyramid were becoming more and more regular. When the concentration of the glucose was 400 ppm, the pyramid of monocrystaIline silicon with the size of (2 -4) μm and the average reflectance of 11.29% has a good shape.
