摘要
文中论述了场地环境样品中多氯联苯的分析技术。深入探讨了土壤和沉积物、水样中的多氯联苯常用前处理技术如索氏提取、超声波提取、加速溶剂提取、微波提取和净化技术如硫酸净化、弗罗里柱净化、硅胶柱净化等。阐述了色谱法、色谱质谱法分析多氯联苯混合物、单体、同氯多氯联苯,并详细介绍了在前处理过程中采取的质量控制措施。
This Paper reviewed the analytical techniques of PCBs in site environmental samples (soil, sediment, water). The application of sample pretreatment included soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, microwave assisted extraction, and the cleanup measurement as sulfuric acid, florisil column, silica gel cleanup. Analytical methods included gas chromatograph (GC) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC -MS) for Aroclor,PCB congeners and total PCB. Quality control measurement in testing process was also presented detailly.
