本文以浙江某项目的 PP粉料脱气仓设计为实例,综合运用NB/T47041-2014《塔式容器》、NB/T47003.2-2009《固体料仓》等规范,讨论了带低压的固体料仓仓壳圆筒的计算方法,主要阐述了脱气仓轴向组合应力的计算。
By taking PP powder degassing silo in Zhejiang project as an example, and applying comprehensively NB/T47041 - 2014＂Vertical vessels supported by skirt＂, NB/T47003.2 -2009＂ Silos for solid materials＂, the paper discusses the design methods of silo with low design pressure and elaborates on the calculation of axial stress for degassing silo.
