立式热虹吸再沸器是利用热介质在壳程提供热量将管侧工艺流体加热沸腾的管壳式换热器。本文介绍了立式热虹吸再沸器的热应力分析及管道设计注意事项;笔者以芳烃分离装置为例,运用CAESARII软件对相关管道及设备管口进行应力分析。

The vertical thermosyphon reboiler is a shell - and - tube heat exchanger, using heat medium to provide heat in the shell side to heat the tube side process fluid to boiling. This paper introduces the thermal - stress analysis of vertical thermosyphon reboiler and the matters needing attention in pipeline design. Taking the Aromatics Separation Unit as an example, author has analyzed the thermalstress of the pipe and equipment nozzles.
