摘要
介绍近年来我国线材的产量、进出口量及线材的产品结构 ,给出了 2 0 0 0年我国 11个大型线材生产企业的高速线材和优质线材产量 ,对优质线材的发展趋势进行分析 ,认为我国预应力钢绞线用线材应向高强度方向发展 ,钢丝绳用线材应向高纯净度方向发展 ,应研发可省略球化退火工艺的高强度紧固件用盘条。
To introduce the output and the amount of import and export as well as its structure of Chinese wire rod in recent years.The output of high speed and high quality wire rod made in eleven large-scale enterprises in the year 2000 is given.The development trend of high quality wire rod is analyzed.It's pointed out that such products should be developed as high strength wire rod for PC strand,high purity wire rod for steel wire rope,wire rod with omissible spheroidization for high strength fastener,steel cord wire rod and alloy spring steel wire rod etc.
