摘要
国产积线式精拉机作为生产镀铜焊丝精拉半成品钢丝的设备 ,在我国许多焊丝厂得到应用。但使钢丝产生的折弯、扭曲应力缺陷对成品焊丝质量有不良影响。对缺陷产生的 2种原因进行分析 。
Wire-accumulated finish drawing machines made in China are used as Cu-plating welding wire apparatus to produce finished welding wire in many factories,but it make steel wire appear defect such as little folding and twisting stress to produce bad effect for finished welding wire quality.Two kinds of factors causing defect are analyzed,and the concrete measures to eliminate defects are put forward.
