摘要
为评估某火电厂燃料输煤系统的运行状况及现有输煤系统能否满足二期新建机组的输煤需求,通过开展现场试验验证电厂燃料现有输煤系统的工作能力,并对电厂输煤系统进行现场调研以排查输煤系统存在的问题。通过分析输煤系统出力达不到要求的原因,对目前输煤系统在不同装机容量下的煤场输煤能力进行评价,指出需进一步提高系统主要设备的运行稳定性,并建议开展系统性的试验以确定输煤系统运行的最大出力。
In order to evaluate the present operation state of coal handling system in a thermal power plant, and whether the existing coal handling system could meet the coal transmission requirements of No. 2 newly-built generating sets, the working capability of existing coal handling system in the thermal power plant was verified through site experiments, meanwhile, the site investigation for coal handling system was done to check the problems in coal handling system. Through analyzing the reasons why the system output could not meet the requirements, the coal transmission capacity evaluation for existing coal handling system under different installed capacities was done, it was indicated that the operation stability of the main equipment in the system should be improved further, it was also suggested the systematic experiment should be launched to determine the biggest output of the coal handling System operation.
