摘要 介绍了适合原煤采样的胶带端部采样设备及与之配套的机械化制样系统的设计概况,阐述了X射线荧光光谱分析技术的原理和设备构成,通过胶带端部平移式采制样技术与X射线荧光光谱分析技术的融合以实现原煤煤质快速检测的目的,剖析了该系统工艺流程、设备组成、设备性能参数及其创新性,指出系统的应用可及时掌握入洗前原煤及洗选后商品煤的煤质,为智能矿山建设提供重要技术支持。 This paper introduced the belt conveyor head sampling equipment which was suitable for raw coal sampling and the design circumstances of matching mechanized coal sample preparation system, the principles and equipment composition of X ray fluorescence spectrometry were demonstrated as well, through the integration of horizontal moving sampling on belt conveyor head and XRF analysis, the raw coal quality rapid detection could be achieved. The system process flow, equipment composition, equipment performance parameters and innovativeness were analyzed, it was indicated that the application of the system could grasp the raw coal quality before washing and commodity coal quality after washing, and provide important technical support for the construction of intelligent mine.
