摘要
结合煤对二氧化碳化学反应性测定的基本原理及实际操作经验,从煤样的干馏处理、样品粒度、CO_2气体流量、系统气密性、CO_2吸收液、反应温度与取气时间、设备校准等方面探讨了煤对二氧化碳化学反应性测定的影响因素,并提出应在干馏样品的升温速度与处理方式、取样粒度的均匀性、CO_2气体流量范围、反应温度与取气时间、系统气密性维护等方面采取相应的控制措施。
In this paper, combining with the basic principles of the determination of coal chemical reactivity for carbon dioxide and the practical operating experiences, from aspects such as destructive distillation of coal sample, sample size, flow rate of carbon dioxide, system tightness, absorption liquid of carbon dioxide, reaction temperature, time for gas taken, calibration of equipment and so on, the influencing factors of determination of coal chemical reactivity for carbon dioxide were discussed, moreover, in aspects like heating speed and treatment method of destructive distillation sample, uniformity of coal sample, range of carbon dioxide flow rate, temperature of reaction and time for gas taken, gas tightness of reaction system and so on, some corresponding controlling measurements should be adopted.
