摘要
利用5E-FL2200型测试仪按国标方法测定煤样中氟和氯的含量,从称量、氧气流速、搅拌速度、参比电极、纯水箱自动感应装置、滴定池排液、蒸发瓶补水等方面探讨了影响煤中氟和氯准确测定的常见因素,并从仪器故障和操作人员等方面进行分析以确保测试结果的准确性。试验结果表明,采用该测试仪按国标方法测定煤中氟、氯含量的准确度和精密度均良好。
According to national standards, the content of fluorine and chlorine in coal sample were measured by 5E-FL2200 tester, from aspects such as weighing, oxygen flow rate, stirring speed, reference electrode, pure water tank automatic sensor device, titration pool drainage and evaporation bottle water replenishment, the common influencing factors of accurate determination of fluorine and chlorine were discussed, meanwhile, the aspects !.ike instrument failure and operators were analyzed, which could ensure the accuracy of testing results, the results showed that the accuracy and precision of the method were all good.
