摘要
目的:研究虫蛀川芎的资源利用价值和建立区分虫蛀川芎与未虫蛀川芎的方法。方法:用GC-MS测定虫蛀川芎与未虫蛀川芎中挥发油组分及相对含量,并比较其结果。结果:虫蛀川芎与未虫蛀川芎的挥发油在组成成分和某些共有成分的相对含量上有差别。结论:虫蛀川芎仍然有资源利用价值,未虫蛀川芎中存在某些成分有可能作为区分虫蛀川芎与未虫蛀川芎的指标性成分。
Objective： To research the value of Chuanxiong damaged by worms and the method to distinguish Chuanxiong which was damaged by worms from normal ones. Method： The total volatile oil in worm damaged Chuanxiong and normal Chuanxiong was detected by GC-MS, and made a comparison between them in components and relative amount. Resul： There were some differences in the component and relative amount of worm damaged Chuanxiong and normal Chuanxiong. Conclusion： Chuanxiong damaged by worms still has value, and there are some components in normal Chuanxiong have the potential to be as the target components which help to distinguish Chuanxiong which are damaged by worms from normal ones.
