脑梗死住院患者中成药使用的量化分析

Quantitative analysis of proprietary Chinese medicine in treating hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction

目的:拟了解我院脑梗死患者住院期间中成药制剂的使用情况。方法:通过收集2014年-2015年期间神经内科出院诊断为"脑梗死"的近百例患者病历数据,采用频数统计方法分析治疗脑梗死的高频药物及药类,总结中成药使用频率及联合使用情况。结果:活血类药物占近50%。结论:脑梗死中大多为血瘀型患者,中成药制剂中使用的最多的是活血类药物。

Objective： To research the use of proprietary Chinese medicine preparations in our hospital patients with cerebral infarction. Method： A hundred medical record data of patients discharge diagnosed as cerebral infarction by neurology hospital during 2014-2015 were collected. Frequency statistics method was applied to analyze high frequency therapeutic agents and category in the treatment of cerebral infarction to summarize the proprietary Chinese medicine use frequency and combination administration. Result： Drugs invigorate the circulation of blood accounted for nearly 50%. Conclusion： Cerebral infarction patients are mostly diagnosed as ＂XueYu＂ and most proprietary Chinese medicine preparations are used to invigorate the circulation of blood.
