摘要 家庭用户是现代电网的主要组成部分,优化用电策略进而实现家庭智能用电是实现智能电网运行的重要条件之一,文章基于云计算平台SAE完成了家庭用电策略优化研究。通过将电网侧分时电价政策和用户用电行为习惯有机结合,选用家庭用电设备的启动时间为决策变量、家庭总用电费用最少为优化目标,建立了用电策略的优化模型;选择SAE云计算平台设计了与用户群体日常生活相适应的网站平台,在此基础上选用遗传算法优化了家庭用电策略,设计出流程图并进而求解,最终将家庭智能用电人机交互界面和优化结果通过网站展示,以方便用户查询、浏览家用电器的优化方案,并实现了各类家用电器的启停控制。 The home users as the important part of power grid, the realization of intelligent electricity in household is the basis of the intelligent power system. The household electricity strategy is combined the electricity planning of us- ers with the TOU price information of the power grid, and takes the start time of electricity equipment as the decision variables and the minimum household electricity costs as an optimization goal, as a result, the optimization model of household electricity planning is established. The SAE ( sina app engine) cloud computing platform is selected for the groups designed the ordinary accessible web platform, and the genetic algorithm is chosen for solving optimization strategies. Eventually, the HCI, and the optimization results can be appeared on this site, for the users browsing and query the optimal electrical scheme, real - time adjustment of household appliances so that reducing the electricity cost effectively.
