摘要
省级师范生技能竞赛对省内师范生的培养质量起到重要引导作用.对全国师范生教学技能竞赛与江苏省竞赛比较,主要从参赛对象、竞赛流程、竞赛透明度与赛后工作四个方面入手探究.根据比较分析,对江苏省师范生技能竞赛的完善问题提出思考与建议:扩大参赛年级范围,增加学生参与竞赛的机会;采用整体模式流程,考察技能的真实应用性;使用现场直播方式,直观体现竞赛的透明度;完善赛后工作机制,增强竞赛影响力与实用性.
The provincial teaching skills competition plays an important role in guiding the quality of training normal students.A comparison is made of the national teaching skills competition and the Jiangsu provincial competition from the 4aspects of the participants,competition chart,transparency and follow-up mechanism.Based on the comparative analysis,reflections and suggestions are made for the perfection of the teaching skills competition as follows:to allow more grades of students to participate in the competition so as to offer them more opportunities;to adopt the whole process model to test the realistic value of the teaching skills;to increase the competition transparency by live broadcast;to perfect the post-competition mechanism to expand the influence and practicality of the competition.
