摘要
阐述石墨烯在电学、力学、化学、光学和热学等方面的优异性能,介绍微机械剥离法、化学剥离法、外延生长法、化学气相沉积法和电弧法等石墨烯制备方法,论述石墨烯在电学、光学、能源、生物医学、传感器等领域的应用.
This paper reviewed the excellent performance of graphene in electrical,mechanical,chemical,optical and thermal aspects.The preparation methods such as the micro mechanical stripping method,chemical stripping method,epitaxial growth method,chemical vapor deposition method and the electric arc method have been introduced.This paper discussed applications of graphene in many domains such as electrical,optical,energy,biomedicine,sensors,etc.
