摘要
相对于传统创新而言,包容性创新更强调创新过程的人人参与、创新成果的人人共享。科技含量相对较低、与人民生活密切相关的创新更容易促成人人参与、人人共享。因此,文章选择食品机械企业作为实证研究对象,探讨和区分了不同因素对食品机械企业的包容创新与传统创新影响的差异性。分析结果显示:技术能力对传统创新的影响比较显著,质量管理体系和产品差异化战略对包容创新的影响比较显著,公共财政补贴对促进包容创新的影响不显著,减少融资约束将促进食品机械企业的包容创新。
Compared with the traditional innovation, inclusive innovation emphasizes that everyone can participate in the process of innovation, and everyone can share the innovation achievements. The innovation, which science and technology content is relatively low, and that is closely related to the people's life, is more likely to contribute to everyone involved and everyone shared. Therefore, we choose the food machinery enterprises as the empirical research object, to explore and distinguish the difference about the influence of various factors on the traditional innovation and inclusive innovation in the food machinery enterprises. Analysis results show that the influence of technical ability in the traditional innovation is significant, the influences of quality management system and product differentiation strategy in inclusive innovation is more significant, the promotion effect of public finance subsidy on inclusive innovation is not obvious, and it will promote inclusive innovation for food machinery enterprises to reduce financing constraints.
