摘要
文章基于组织间学习理论,从物流企业与供应链成员多边合作的视角探讨了供应链价值创造的机理,据此构建了供应链上下游企业多边合作中知识吸收能力、组织间学习与供应链价值创造的模型。研究指出供应链中集成了知识的获取、共享与创新,其本质上是一个一体化的学习系统,只有不断提升系统的创新能力才能使整个供应链获得领先的竞争优势。在多边合作中组织的知识吸收能力对组织间学习会产生正向影响作用,通过组织间学习,知识将在供应链上下游企业间实现共享及创新。知识共享与创新最终会对供应链价值创造产生正向影响。多边合作中合作伙伴间的知识是一个由隐性到显性的不断更替与循环的过程,能促进供应链创新能力的提升,因此在供应链管理实践中建立知识治理机制是确保组织间学习成效的必要保障。
In this paper, we discussed the mechanism of value creation based on inter organizational learning theory under the logistics companies multilateral cooperation with supply chain members. On this basis, we designed the conceptual model about the relationship of knowledge absorption ability, inter organizational learning and value creation of supply chain. It is pointed out that knowledge acquisition, sharing and innovation are an integrated learning system. The whole supply chain can obtain the leading competitive advantage only by constantly upgrading the system's innovative ability. The organizational knowledge absorptive ability has a direct influence on inter organizational learning, the whole supply chain members achieve knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation through inter organizational learning, finally, knowledge sharing and innovation will have a positive impact on supply chain value creation. The knowledge is a periodic and commutative process from recessive to dominant among the muhilateral cooperation, which can promote the innovation ability of the supply chain. So in the practice of supply chain management it is necessary to establish knowledge governance mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of organizational learning.
