利益协调机制视域下的民族地区农村基层社会治理研究

Research about the Social Governance at Rural Grassroots in National Regions under the Horizon of Interest Coordination Mechanism

良好的利益协调机制是实现社会管理规范化的制度保障之一。文章从分析利益协调机制视域下民族地区农村基层社会治理的价值意蕴入手,提出完善利益表达机制、规范利益监督机制、创新利益调节机制和建立利益冲突化解机制等方面构建一整套适合民族地区特点的利益协调机制的路径选择,以提升民族地区农村基层社会的管理质量。

A practical interest coordination mechanism is one of the institutional guarantees for the realization of standardization of social management. Based on the analysis of benefit coordination mechanism under the horizon of social governance at the rural grassroots in minority areas in terms of the value significance,four aspects including the perfecting of benefit expression mechanism,standardization of interest supervision mechanism,the innovation of interest regulating mechanism and the establishment of conflict resolving mechanism are elaborated with the intension of setting up a set of interest regulating mechanisms suitable for the characteristics of ethnic minority areas,in order to improve the quality of the social management in countryside in minority areas.
