试论“众创”时代的农业院校大学生创业教育

Entrepreneurship Education for Students of Agricultural Colleges in the Era of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation"

在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,全国农业院校积极响应中央号召深入开展大学生创业教育工作,以满足现代社会对农业创业人才的需求。文章在阐述了农业院校进行大学生创业教育的必要性基础上,分析了目前农业院校开展创业教育普遍存在的问题,提出了做好农业院校大学生创业教育应以理清创业人才培养理念为切入点,以培育农业创业校园文化为基础,以构建农业特色大学生创业教育课程体系为根本,以培养和组建多元化、高水平的教师队伍为核心,以搭建农业特色创业实践平台为保障。

Under the background of ＂ mass entrepreneurship and innovation＂,the entrepreneurship education for students of agricultural colleges is carried out to positively respond to the call of the central committee to meet the demand for agricultural entrepreneurial talent in modern society. This article discusses the necessity and widespread problems of entrepreneurship education for students of agricultural colleges. The writers suggest that we should have a clear and definite entrepreneurial talent training concept,foster campus culture of agricultural entrepreneur,build specific curriculum system of entrepreneurship for agricultural college students,cultivate and organize a team of diversified and well-trained teachers,and establish an entrepreneurship practice platform with agricultural characteristics.
