南宁唐人文化园的空间结构体系及其优化——基于与北京798艺术区的比较

The Spatial Structure of Cultural Park of Tang Dynasty in Nanning and Its Optimization——Based on the comparison with 798 Art Zone of Beijing

艺术区的空间结构体系决定了艺术区的品位与可持续发展。通过艺术田野调查发现,对比北京798艺术区的空间结构体系,南宁唐人文化园存在艺术空间狭小、交易空间过大、服务空间严重不足、体验性的艺术空间缺乏、消费空间层次较低等不足。有必要对唐人文化园科学定位,加强规划,调整和优化空间布局;加大艺术家及艺术机构进驻的力度,拓展艺术空间;注重特色发展,加大民族艺术类空间建设力度;积极加强对文化艺术的扶持力度,重构园区服务体系,支持和引导社会资本在园区设立各类投资与服务空间。

The spatial structure of art zone determines its grade and sustainable development. Through a field survey and comparison with 798 art zone of Beijing,the spatial structure of cultural park of Tang Dynasty in Nanning are found to have some deficiencies,such as small space for art with too much space for trading,a serious shortage of space for service with lack of space for experiencing art,lower level of consumer space and so on. In this case,it is necessary to scientifically orientate its position,strengthen the planning,and adjust and optimize its layout. It is also necessary to encourage the participation of artists and art institutions to expand the space for art,to focus on development with characteristics to advance the construction of national art space,and to strengthen the support for culture and art and reestablish service system of the park beside supporting and guiding social capital to set up space for various investment and service in the park.
