血清微量元素含量对脑梗死患者肺部感染的预测评价及与红细胞免疫与炎症反应的相关性 被引量:16

Predictive value of serum trace element contents in cerebral infarction patients with pulmonary infections and its correlation with erythrocyte immunity and inflammation

摘要 目的探讨血清微量元素含量对脑梗死患者肺部感染的预测价值及其与红细胞免疫、炎症反应的相关性。方法选取2013年5月-2015年12月于医院接受治疗的脑梗死患者114例,根据入院24h后发生肺部感染情况分为合并肺部感染组53例、单纯脑梗死组61例;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清微量元素及炎症因子含量,流式细胞仪检测外周血红细胞免疫参数。结果入院48h,合并肺部感染组的血清微量元素钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)含量低于单纯脑梗死组(P<0.05);外周血免疫黏附抑制因子(FEIR)水平以及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量高于单纯脑梗死组患者;Pearson检验发现,脑梗死合并肺部感染患者的血清Ca、Mg、Zn含量与红细胞免疫、炎症反应呈相关关系。结论血清微量元素含量对脑梗死患者肺部感染具有良好预警价值,与病情严重程度直接相关。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the predictive value of serum trace element contents in cerebral infarction patients with pulmonary infections and its correlation with erythrocyte immunity and inflammation.METHODS A total of 114 cases of cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from May 2013 to Dec.2015 were collected as research subjects.All patients were divided into complicated pulmonary infection group(n=53)and simple cerebral infarction group(n=61)according to pulmonary infection condition at 24 hafter admission.Serum trace element contents and serum inflammatory factors were measured by ELISA,and erythrocyte immune parameters were detected by flow cytometry.RESULTS The serum contents of trace elements such as Ca,Mg and Zn in complicated pulmonary infection group were lower than those in simple cerebral infarction group at 48 hafter admission(P〈0.05).The peripheral blood FEIR level,and serum contents of CRP,IL-6 TNF-α,IL-17 and TNF-αin complicated pulmonary infection group were higher than those in simple cerebral infarction group.Pearson examination showed that the serum levels of Ca,Mg and Zn in cerebral infarction patients complicated with pulmonary infections had direct relationship with red blood cell immunity and inflammatory reaction.CONCLUSIONSerum trace elements in cerebral infarction patients has a good early warning value in pulmonary infection,which is directly related to the disease severity.
